We do not offer refund on our services, but want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We want to turn your frown upside down. Please contact us at, so we can remedy any issues you may have.


Product Returns

Happy Skin. Happy Customer. For products that are minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. Unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer will receive store credit for any returns.

Cancellations Policy

​Canceling More Than 24 Hours From Your Appointment

We kindly ask 24 hours advance notice for cancellation. Simply log into your booking account and click "cancel". You can also text us at 888.586.3786 or contact us 469.307.1176 to cancel your appointment.


Canceling within 24 Hours

Cancellation within  24 hours be will will be a charged of 30% of the service price or 100%  for not showing up.

Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment so that you have time to check in and settle into your facial appointment. New clients, please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can fill out new customer forms. Also, to help with the check in process, there will be forms sent immediately once you book your reservation. Please check your text message or email, and fill out these forms prior to coming in.


If service begins late due to the client tardiness, the service will end at the originally scheduled appointment.


A credit card or gift card will be required in order to reserve a time slot.


Group Reservations


Group reservations of 3 or more people require cancellation 72 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled within the 72-hour window will be charged 50% of the service fee.

We are committed to cultivating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone that walks through Merum doors, clients and team members.  Any instances of discrimination, racism, misogyny, or aggression will not be tolerated at Merum, and such actions may have consequences, such as being removed from our skincare community.

Please let us know before treatment if you are pregnant or have any special or medical needs that require additional attention. Some treatments are not recommended.


Merum Face Bar prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to reject any businesses for any reason.
